Put water into a medium saucepan. Add salt & Smoothie Spice Blend. Stir. Heat over medium heat until boiling. When the water boils, add the rolled oats. Stir frequently until thick. Add more water if too thick, more oats if too thin. When the oatmeal is thick enough, add blueberries. Stir.
Serves 2.
Optional: add 1 banana or ½ an apple, cut in small chunks, to the finished oatmeal.
