The Truth About Building Physical Health (and Disclaimer)

The 7 Primary Causes of Physical Discomfort and Their Solutions

The truth is, not a single product, natural or otherwise (including every one mentioned on this site) is capable of healing the human body. Neither an herb, a clay, a vitamin or mineral supplement, a seaweed or algae, an organic food, nor any other substance, natural or synthetic, is capable of healing the body.

In every instance, the body will take the nutrition given it, break it down into millions of pieces, combine it with other components already available within the body to make new compounds, then deliver those newly formed metabolic compounds to the places that it knows it needs to go ─ all according to its own wisdom!

In this manner, the body creates its own medicines which are nothing more than its normal complement of amino acids, proteins, enzymes, hormones and a vast number of other natural chemical processes.

Our job is not to target diseases or micromanage specific chemical reactions or hormone levels. Our job is simply to nourish the body with a complete spectrum of the kinds of foods that it will recognize as "real food". Real food is that which is compatible with the organic nature of the body's original construction.

The human body is a natural organism. It was created from the "dust (or clay) of the earth". Therefore, the perfect food for the body will also be of earthen origin – unaltered.

Earthen resources that qualify as real food include such things as clay, water, algae, seaweeds, herbs, fruits, nuts, seeds, and vegetables. Anything less than whole would not be a "real food". This includes "natural" vitamin and mineral supplements assembled by a laboratory rather than by Nature.

Our job is not to try to improve on Nature with our so-called "science", our job is merely to provide the body with an abundance of real food and let the body decide what to do with it.

Earthen resources contain a vast array of nutrient-based building blocks for the body to select from in order to construct its own medicines.

It is also our job to not toxify the body with foods that are neither real nor compatible with the human body, and to detoxify all that is foreign and poisonous.

In this manner, the body will have the greatest freedom to select from the vast array of resources that we provide in order to simply clean house and build life-giving strength.

Again, this entire process is performed, not by our manipulation of chemical reactions, but through our support of the body's own inherent wisdom.

In truth, there are only 7 causes of discomfort (mislabeled as disease) in the human body, and therefore 7 primary solutions:

1) Self-image – Limiting beliefs or perceptions of what is possible.

Solution: Contemplate infinite possibility. Begin with the end result of complete wholeness in mind, then adjust all inner perspectives that stand in the way.

2) Toxicity – Toxins from the environment, home, work, food, water, medicine, medical treatments, etc. are at the root of most disabilities and ill health.

Solution: Detoxify the body with clay, sweat therapy, superfoods, cleansing herbs, and herbal circulatory stimulants for the blood and lymph.

3) Diet – Poor food quality, chemical growing practices, use of microwave ovens, high temp cooking, artificial food ingredients, fast food, desserts, etc.

Solution: Eat to build vitality more than taste alone. Pay attention to food combining practices. Nourish your body to the max with superfoods (sea vegetables, herbal nutritives, etc.). Superfoods provide the nutrients missing in today's farm grown produce.

Choose chemical-free produce. Get to know your local farmer. Grow your own food.

Reduce reliance on isolated vitamin and mineral supplements. Whole herbs, clays, and sea vegetables contain hundreds of nutrients beyond the common basics sold in bottles today.

Aspire to lighter and lighter foods over time. Develop a regular fasting program. Explore the possibility of breathing prana as a form of sustenance to add to your normal diet.

4) Water Quality & Quantity - Not consuming enough high quality water everyday. Consuming dehydrating caffeinated beverages or soft drinks.

Solution: Filter and restructure your water (even if bottled). Consume 1-3 quarts/liters of quality structured water and other hydrating herbal teas daily. Add lemon and whole earthen minerals to obtain additional electrolytes when desired.

5) System Weaknesses – Digestive, immune, lymphatic, circulatory systems, etc.

Solution: Build system strength and functionality with therapeutic herbs, an improved diet, and lifestyle changes.

6) Sunlight & Earthing – Sedentary lifestyles focused on electronic devices and indoor living deteriorate one's innate relationship with Nature. A balance needs to be found between living requirements and contact with the natural elements of the heavens and the earth.

Solution: Make more time in your day for increasing amounts of time engaging the earth, fresh air, and sunlight. Grow a garden (or a few potted plants of any kind).

Get your hands and feet in contact with the earth as often as possible to drain static energy from the body and build internal strength.

Face the sun with eyes closed anytime of day to absorb the 900,000+ healing frequencies of light from the sun.

7) Lifestyle – Living outside of the Natural Order of Life. Carrying a cell phone in your pocket. Using WIFI and Smart devices. Working with chemicals in the home or office. Trusting in the medical system as if Mother Nature had abandoned you without a choice other than their toxic medicines and life-deteriorating, life-threatening side effects.

Solution: Trust Nature. Question science. Live close to nature to every degree possible.

Grow as much of your own food as possible. Touch the earth with hands and feet frequently. Surround yourself with trees and plants. Spend time in the forest or near a tree to breathe highly ionized air. Enjoy the sunshine as often as possible.

Eliminate reliance on chemical products and reduce electronic influences to every degree possible.

Move away from high-rise living. Contemplate a move to the country with others of like-mind. Develop a self-reliant mindset.

Strike a balance between technology and spiritual development, and contemplate the infinite nature of life.

Note: None of the above physical discomforts are a disease name. Diseases are just symptoms caused by one or more of the above.

The Power of Whole Earthen Resources
to Build Health Naturally

There is nothing more compatible, or more effective, than the right combination and quantity of whole earthen resources (herbs, clays, sea vegetables, etc.) to give the body exactly what it needs to build its own medicines with which to restore your health.

Air, water, sunlight, prana, plant-based phytonutrients, and soil-based minerals are the body's most original food sources. Properly nourished with whole earthen resources, the body will have what it needs to simply clean house, build strength, restore proper working order, and heal itself.

Clearly, lifestyle changes, shifts in internal perspectives, and improvements in diet will be required as well to ensure maximum results, yet any movement in the "whole earthen" direction will propel you toward this ultimate goal.

Many blessings of health and success on your journey;
Enjoy the simple gifts from Nature!
