Retail Shipping Rates - US Domestic
Vitality Herbs and Clay ships primarily through the US Postal Service. If you would like to use a different carrier, please call the office and speak to a customer service representative. There may be additional charges.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email (if you provided one) giving you the tracking number. This tracking number will give you an estimated time of delivery.
Free Shipping on US Domestic (including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii) Retail orders of $250 or more (using the carrier of our choice). If a specific carrier is requested, you may be charged for shipping.
International orders
International orders pay shipping in all instances due to the variations in shipping rates from one country to the next.
Missing Packages
No package is insured unless you request it. If the delivery carrier doesn’t deliver your package or claims to have made the delivery but you have not received it, we will do our best to help you locate the package.
Vitality Herbs & Clay is not the delivery carrier and is therefore not responsible for Lost/Stolen/Mis-routed/Not Received/Customs Captured International packages. In most cases, Lost/Stolen/Mis-routed/Not Received packages do show up. If such a misfortune occurs, we will do our best to help you locate the package, however, we cannot ship you replacement products at no charge. If the package is returned to us we will ask you to pay additional shipping costs to redeliver the package.
Coupon Code "pickup":
Local customers may use the coupon code "pickup" to remove the shipping cost and pick up at our location in Southern Oregon. If you are unable to apply the coupon code, please contact us and we will enable it for your account.

For Wholesale Orders
