1. Set aside for now, all thoughts and images of fear, anger, judgment, cynicism, blame, etc., all news reports, emails and the like discussing the current state of the earth. We are creating new images and a new world here in these moments - keep them pure.
2. Take 9 deep breaths pausing naturally at the bottom of the exhale for a few seconds.
Inhale:
a. Approximately half through the nose and half through the mouth.
b. Pause briefly at the top if it feels natural.
Exhale:
a. Through the mouth with an ahh sound followed by an sss sound during the last third of the outbreath. (Breathe through the tension spots in the body.)
b. Pause for several seconds at the bottom for as long as it feels natural to do so.
Repeat:
a. Repeat 9 times, or as many as is necessary to enter into deep stillness and peace.
1. Wait for the visions (images, feelings, inspirations) to come from deep within (rather than from the mind, or personal preference). This is the pivotal part of this meditation - it must come from deep within in order to hold the greatest power to make a difference.
2. Listen only to this inner voice, regardless of whether this vision appears practical or not.
3. As each vision rises to the surface from within, enter into the full joy of the vision to every degree possible in the moment now - as if you are now living in its full manifestation.
4. Connecting to this vision with full emotion conceives the possibility in the physical plane, creating magnetic space for its eventual manifestation.
5. As resistances, doubts or fears surface,
a. just observe them,
b. surround them with love,
c. bring them back inside of you,
d. then take 3 more Deep Level Releasing Breaths as outlined above.
1. Take 3 or more deep breaths pausing naturally at the bottom of the exhale for a few seconds.
Inhale - breathe in the essence of the vision:
a. Approximately half through the nose and half through the mouth.
b. Pause briefly at the top if it feels natural.
c. Breathe the experience of the vision into every cell of your body. Let it fill you completely.
Exhale:
a. Through the mouth with a satisfying ahh sound during the complete exhale.
b. Pause for several seconds at the bottom for as long as it feels natural to do so.
Repeat:
a. Repeat 3 times, or as many as is necessary to be energized and set free by your vision.
1. Jot down a few brief words or a symbol to remind you of this vision.
2. Charge the words/symbol with the energy and freedom you now feel. (This will allow you to return back to this space quickly and easily in the future by simply touching or drawing the words/symbol.)
1. Do not waste the good energy of your vision on naysayers, skeptics, and doom & gloomers.
Share it only with those who are also actively cocreating a new and better planet, and can add energy to your vision. This will further solidify its manifestation.
2. Keep in mind that the deepest part of your being sees both you and the world from a different perspective. Priorities and possibilities are different here due to the larger picture being seen.
3. So, the solutions that you arrive at may turn out to be both unusual and very practical.
4. They may also be common, revealing where on the planet the souls are gaining ground and making a difference.
5. We may discover how souls collaborate. We may also discover the unique role that we each play in the collaboration! At the same time, keep in mind:
Seeing a vision does not always mean you are the one destined to fulfill it, but it does mean you are already helping to make it happen.
