Capsules & Powder Sizes

Contains a blend of two mineral-rich sources - Ancient Plant Minerals & Humic & Fulvic Earth (to enhance bioavailability). This product is somewhat laxative in effect due to its naturally occurring magnesium content and may be very laxative at 2 teaspoons or more for some. 

Ingredients: Magnesium Rich Ancient Plant Minerals, Humic & Fulvic Earth

All of our product ingredients are whole earthen in nature, and are sourced in this order of priority: wildcrafted, organic, or grown without chemicals. We do not add fillers, excipients, or flow agents. Our capsules are vegetarian sourced from pine bark.

Recommended Use: 1/2 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon (2-12 capsules) in water or smoothie 1-3 times per day for simple remineralization of the body. If a laxative effect is too strong reduce to a comfortable amount. Taken just before bed improves sleep and reduces cramping of muscles.(usually within 5 minutes).
