Spleen Builder

Spleen Builder has been improved as of 11-24-21 by adding Bergamot, Plantain Leaf, Prickly Ash, Lobelia, and Oregano. These herbs increase the formula's potency, effectiveness, and deliverability to the cells by improving circulation, oxygenation, nerve action, and immune response. 

Supports the Splenic System overall. The spleen contributes to the immune system, the digestive system, the lymphatic system, and the blood/circulatory system. The spleen stores iron for future purposes, manufactures antibodies for pathogen reduction, and contributes to the reduction of phlegm throughout the body, especially in the lungs, throat, sinuses, and ears. 

The spleen is tasked with breaking down expired red blood cells into amino acids (for the construction of new proteins) and bilirubin (for the construction of bile that is produced in the liver for the digestion of fats and oils).

Recommended Low-Level Use: 1 teaspoon (4 capsules) 2 times per day.

Recommended High-Level Use: 1-2 teaspoons (4-8 capsules) 3 times per day, including just before bed.
