The Sacred Clay shows a very complex clay mineralogy, each aspect of which contributes to the clay's remarkable properties and such a wide band of usage. 

Sacred Clay is dominated by rectorite (R1 & R3 mixed layer illite/smectite), montmorillonite, illite, with lesser amounts of pyrophyllite, chlorite, kaolinite, and jarosite (hydrated iron sulfate). Nature is not uniform, so some of the minor clay portions will vary or be absent based on the unique location and depth. 

Due to its unique composition of clay minerals, Sacred Clay excels as a mineral nutrient source and as a potent detoxifier of chemicals, radiation, and heavy metals. 

This unusual clay is a natural product of hydrothermal alteration (the interaction of underground boiling lava and aquifer related steam and pressure) coupled with sulfur related weathering.

Created by Nature in the vicinity of the long recognized sacred site of Crater Lake, Oregon, the high energy of the area is infused into the clay's silica matrix, contributing to the clay's remarkable properties.

Ingredients: A naturally occurring smectite/rectorite clay from a singular deposit near the mystical region of Crater Lake, Oregon.

Recommended Use:

Internal Maintenance Level Use:
1 tablespoon (12 capsules) per day with or without food, taken in water, juice or green drink. Assists in the bioavailability of food and supplements. May be taken part in the morning and part just before bed, or all at once any time of day.

Internal High-Level Use:
May be increased to 2-3 tablespoons (24-36 capsules) during crisis periods.

Precaution: Sacred Clay has the potential of drawing out pharmaceutical meds if taken within 1-2 hours before or after. Consult with your Health Care Provider regarding the use of clay as it pertains to your unique health situation. If withdrawal side effects are noticed, extend the time between taking the two or discontinue taking the clay internally.In most cases, external use is less likely to present this challenge, especially if used 1-2 hours apart. Again, consult with your Health Care Provider to be sure the use of clay is appropriate in your case.

External Use:

Sacred Clay is ideal for adding to normal bath water of any temperature. Draws out the chemicals of city water and adds both nourishing influences (minerals and electrolytes) and detoxification potency to a relaxing clay bath, facial or clay pack. Assists in the reduction of heavy metals, chemicals, and other toxins from the skin, lymphatic system, capillaries, and deeper tissues.

Clay Baths - Add 1/4 cup clay along with 1/8 cup of Black Beauty (optional) to a normal bath. Greater amounts may be added to the bath water for a stronger detoxifying experience. Soak for 30-45 minutes or more in comfortably warm water. Baths may be taken daily or as often as desired to make steady, gradual progress toward whole body detoxification.

Clay Slurry - Mix 1/2 cup clay and 1/4 cup water into a thick paste. Wet the hands then rub the clay over the entire body for an increased detoxifying effect.

Facials - 1-4 tablespoons mixed with 1/2 the amount of water.

Clay Pack - Mix the same as for facials. Spread 1/8 to 3/4 inch thick over affected area. Wrap in a damp cotton cloth or gauze, then wrap with plastic wrap to help hold it in place. Leave on overnight if practical, or for 30 minutes to several hours, as desired.

Foot Bath - Add 1/8 cup of Sacred Clay in a small tub of water. 1 tablespoon of Black Beauty may also be added for additional electrolytes (optional).
